Andie Morgan brings over a decade of investment banking expertise, specializing in raising seed capital in the range of £3 million to £10 million for ethical and sustainability-driven enterprises across the UK, EMEA, and South America.

Andie has a proven track record of partnering with prominent brands in the luxury resort, hotel, and real estate sectors, offering strategic guidance to align companies with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) directives. This includes helping businesses achieve sustainability benchmarks and advance their international development objectives.

Driven by a lifelong passion for horses, Andie founded Red Mountain Ecuestre (RME) in 2018 in collaboration with the Happy Horse Riding Academy (HHRA). RME focuses on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming horses, ensuring they have a secure and nurturing environment for life. HHRA complements this mission by providing sustainable funding through equestrian training and activity programs, directly supporting RME’s initiatives.

Brett is a seasoned Founder and visionary leader, driven by innovation with over two decades of experience in Business Development, Strategy, and Marketing, with demonstratable success securing debt or equity capital as well as sourcing grants. With a natural inclination towards entrepreneurship, Brett honed his skills through hands-on experience across diverse international landscapes at a senior level in EMEA and North America. Passionate about sustainability, Brett integrates eco-friendly practices into his business strategies, championing initiatives that minimize environmental impact while promoting social responsibility. By leveraging his extensive network and deep industry knowledge, Brett is dedicated to creating lasting, positive change through innovative, sustainable business solutions. Together we will establish a joint venture to open up the European luxury hotel markets and build new business cases for the sustainability platform.

Andie has owned and managed numerous equine businesses and comes from an investment banking background with a decade of expertise in raising seed capital between £3m – £10m for ethical and sustainability-focused businesses in the UK, EMEA and South America. Partnering with leading brands in the luxury resorts, hotels and estates sectors, guiding companies through ESG directives to achieve sustainability and NET ZERO Goals.

A passion for everything equestrian led to founding the charity Red Mountain Ecuestre in collaboration with Happy Horse-Riding Academy, in 2018. RME primarily focuses on rescuing, rehabilitating, and adopting horses, providing a safe home for life. HHRA was established to help fund and support the horses and programs of RME.

With a track record of success competing and training top-tier horses at national and international levels across Europe and beyond, they proudly represented Ireland and the UK on numerous occasions. Their influence extends beyond the arena as they’ve mentored individual riders and supported fellow professionals within the industry.

Philip Bacon

Philip, Horwath HTL’s Global Practice Leader for Valuations and Senior Director of Horwath HTL Spain, brings over 40 years of expertise in business advisory services and general management. A University of Cambridge law graduate, Chartered Accountant, and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Philip has extensive experience in hotel and resort development,

with a focus on branded residential business models and mixed-use developments. He has led projects with renowned brands like Mandarin Oriental, Aman, Four Seasons, Fairmont, Wyndham, Jumeirah, and Armani. Philip also boasts over 20 years of international consulting experience in hotel valuations, feasibility studies, operator searches, asset management, and strategic business planning across Europe, the UK, Africa, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. Additionally, he is a visiting lecturer at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne’s Online MBA Program.

Richard McCarthy

Richard is an experienced board member and architect. He is an expert in the design and implementation of high-density residential and mixed-use schemes. Richard has worked on a number of high-profile, award-winning schemes including Vista Chelsea Bridge and Chelsea Bridge Wharf in Battersea, 3 Down Street Mews in Knightsbridge, London Road, Staines, Cambium, and Bodleian Storage Facility for Oxford University. As Director of Digital Twin Unit, Richard leads a dedicated team of digital developers and delivery managers with expertise across a range of sectors and building typologies to help owners and managers strategise, implement and manage digital twins of their built assets

Claire serves as the Director, Solutions and Partnerships (UKI) at Invicara, where she leverages her 23 years of experience to guide companies on their Digital Twin journey. Before joining Invicara, she spent over 19 years at IBM, where she held operational roles within the Facilities Management and Real Estate team followed by technical and business development positions in the Smart Buildings software team. Claire excels in converting innovative projects into commercialised, revenue-generating products and driving results across matrixed global teams. She is known for her passion, execution skills, and expertise as an international speaker on Digital Twins, IoT, PropTech, and Smart Buildings.
